Are you willing?
Are you willing?
In a class I attended last night, the topic of willingness came up. This is something that can have an huge impact on our lives. Sometimes when we’re facing difficulties, could it be because we aren’t willing?
Are we willing to do what it takes to achieve our goal? Are we willing to make the necessary changes in attitudes, habits, or environment that we need to make?
Sometimes we dig in our heels and refuse to move forward while also saying we really want to move forward. It’s like trying to drive a car with one foot on the brake and the other on the accelerator. It just doesn’t work very well.
Whatever you’re facing in your life right now, ask yourself these questions.
Am I willing to do what it takes to go where I say I want to go? Am I willing to give up what isn’t working and learn to do what works? Am I willing to change my environment or friends if this is required of me?
If you find you’re not willing, accept that this is true for you. Put your goal or dream on the back burner for now. Ask yourself what it will take for you to become willing. Once you find willingness in your heart, get back on the road and move forward.
Green Light to you!

It won’t work!
One day some colleagues and I were trying to help another colleague who was having difficulty growing his business. After we listened to what was going on, we made some suggestions of things he could do that might help him pull out of the business doldrums. All of us have quite a few years experience in business and had been in similar situations – no one (that I know of) starts a business and has constant success from day one. Like anything else, growth happens in spurts and starts. Being in business challenges us to be creative and to be willing to stick things out when the going gets rough. more...
Are you looking for a psychic?
Over the years I’ve worked with hundreds of psychics and helped people understand what a psychic can and cannot do. I just made a 16 minute free audio where I explain this. Go to the link where it says free audios and give it a listen!
It’s free now!
My colleague William Wittmann and I made a recording awhile back and have had it for sale. Recently, we decided to reach a new audience and make it 100% free. All you have to do is click on the free audios tab at the top of this page. Then you can read about and download it free! Enjoy and let me know what you think about it!
Blessings,

How do you start your day?
Many people wake up, jump out of bed, into the shower, throw down a cup of coffee and run out the door. As the day progresses, they feel full of stress, out of sorts, never get enough done, and wonder why life has to be so difficult. It doesn’t. more...
How do you handle bad news?
How do you handle bad news?
A dear friend and I were discussing the news of the world today and how to handle it. He said he has trouble not letting it get him down. There’s so much that seems negative and the long-term view doesn’t show any sort of immediate end to the world’s troubles. Things just seem to be getting worse instead of better. He said that at least now he is able to recognize he is letting it get him down which is, of course, the first step to being able to detach from it. more...
Messages from soap
I haven’t bought soap in twelve years!
The other day on Facebook I posted a photo of some soap I made over the weekend. I heard a lot of positive comments about the photo as well as the fact that I make my own soap.
I started making soap in the year 2000 and have kept a written record of every batch I’ve made. This is so I know how much of which oils and scents I used in each one. This makes it easier to duplicate my favorites and avoid repeating mistakes. When I was writing down the two new batches, this is when I realized how long it had been since I bought soap and that made me ponder this whole concept of soap-making and why I enjoy it so much. more...
Why do we have problems?
by Krysta Gibson
When times are tough, have you found yourself saying: “Why is this happening to me?” It is easy to fall into the trap of thinking that all of our troubles have to do with us being bad or wrong. Sometimes our troubles are, in fact, due to our making some sort of mistake. The solution is to see the error and fix it. more...
Who are you praising today?
By Krysta Gibson
Every person I have ever met wants to be appreciated. It is part of the human psyche that we want to feel that others value us and that they are appreciative of whatever part we might be playing in their lives. I am sure you agree with this statement. What do you do about it on a daily basis?
When is the last time you genuinely thanked the clerk who checked out your groceries? When was the last time you let the bank teller know you appreciate his or her accuracy with your deposit or withdrawal? What about telling the person who makes copies for you at the copy store that they did a great job?
I take it as a personal challenge when I see an unhappy or moody store clerk. It becomes my mission to brighten their day and have them smiling, if not laughing, by the end of my transaction with them. I am sure you agree that even a few moments of lightness can help us see life in a better perspective. We can’t go around trying to solve or take-on everyone else’s difficulties, but we can act with kindness toward one another. more...
The Power of Focus
by Krysta Gibson
We all know the power of cheese, but the power of focus is much, much greater! Our world is filled with so many choices that it can be difficult to limit ourselves and focus on what we truly want. Without the ability to focus we will have a tough time getting anything done.
Have you ever had one of those days where you had so much to get done that you found yourself drifting from one thing to another, not finishing anything? Life can be like that, too. First we decide to follow one career. Then midway we decide to do something else. This can happen over and over until we end up doing nothing and wonder where our time has gone!
Although we do live in an infinite universe, it is also true that we live in finite space and time. Every time we choose to do something, that is time we will never have to do something else. Every book you choose to read means there is a book you cannot read. Same thing for movies, for television shows, videos, conversations, etc… Scary, isn’t it? Every choice for something is really a choice against something else. This makes choosing a bit more complicated. more...
